Will Writing Services

We provide will writing services to a number of other Will writers, including a number of national will writing companies. We have gained a reputation for producing high quality work.

• We can write your client's documents either from your own instruction form or from our in-house form. The documentation can use your own company branding, and if required we can provide the finished article in a choice of binding to best meet your company style. Alternatively, documentation can be electronically sent to you.
• Business clients are provided with a draft version electronically to ensure the documentation is acceptable to you.
• We can provide Wills, Powers of Attorney, Advance Directives and severance of tenancy documentation.
• We will ensure that your documents are produced cost-efficiently and to your timescales.

Introducers

Whether you are a financial adviser, mortgage broker, non-specialist solicitor practice or accountant, or work in a profession where your clients may benefit from having a Will, Tansley Wills can offer you an additional earning opportunity.

By working with us you can offer will writing and estate planning as part of the services you already offer, thus increasing your standing with your clients through the provision of a complete package of care.

How we work

We offer three ways of working:

• Complete service - at your direction we can see your clients, take their instructions and write their Wills, all on your behalf. In exchange for your referral we would provide an introduction fee, based on the final cost of work we undertake.
• Will writing service - after you have taken instructions from your client, we can then draft their Wills in accordance with those instructions, using our up-to-date precedents, and considerable experience of Will drafting, with our own clients, and writing for leading national Will writing companies.
• Training you or your representatives - If you do not already take instructions, we can train you to take effective instructions from your clients, using our proven training package. This can be a cost effective way of introducing Will writing services to your business. It can then be your choice whether you submit those instructions to Tansley Wills for Will drafting or write them yourself.

If you refer clients to Tansley Wills, we keep you fully informed throughout the whole process, from the initial contact, through to final completion, either by phone or email. We will then provide a final 'sign-off' where we can advise you of further opportunities for financial products which your clients might benefit from, in the light of having written their Will (subject to client approval).

We pay any introducer fees based on work completed at the end of each month.
